Edgewood Apartments offers eight floor plans: two one-bedroom layouts (about 830 sq ft) and six two-bedroom, two-bath layouts (1,120 to 1,241 sq ft). Every home includes a private balcony or deck, in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious closets, central air, and gas heat.

Yes. We welcome up to two pets per home, dogs and cats up to 25 lb. Breed restrictions apply and monthly pet rent applies. There are pet relief stations across the grounds. Contact our leasing team for the full pet policy and current details.
Standard leases are 12 months. Contact our leasing team if you'd like to discuss alternative arrangements or current availability.

We're at 100 Taunton Street in Plainville, MA, directly across from Plainville Commons (Target, Stop & Shop, and restaurants) and just off the Route 1 and I-495 interchange. The Wrentham Village Premium Outlets and Patriot Place are a short drive, and the nearest MBTA Commuter Rail station is Mansfield on the Providence/Stoughton Line, about seven miles away.
